As a distinguished CEO, I bring to the table a rich tapestry of expertise: I am not only a Board Certified Cosmetologist but also a Level 2 Hair Loss Specialist and a revered Master Youth Stylist, catering to ages 3 through Adult.
My illustrious journey commenced at the tender age of 16, igniting my passion within the esteemed halls of the cosmetology program at Trimble Technical High School. This fervor only intensified as I honed my craft at MJ's Beauty Academy, emerging as a beacon of inspiration in the industry.
Beyond my accolades, I proudly wear the hats of mentor, educator, business consultant, and coach, guiding aspiring talents towards greatness. But that’s not where my love for hair began. I had many family members, including my mother, who attended cosmetology school.

Graduating from The College of Elders in July 2015, under the esteemed Full Gospel Church Fellowship led by Bishop Joseph W. Walker III, Elder Ford’s journey is marked by EXCELLENCE.
With over 40 years of cherished marriage to his high school sweetheart, Cernoria Ford, Elder Ford exemplifies steadfast love and commitment. His favorite scripture, II Timothy 1:4, resonates deeply, serving as a beacon of anticipation for the GLORIOUS encounter with Jesus!
